1. This sale agreement is a legally binding contract between you and Kokoda Track Memorabilia.
2. All prices include GST.
3. All prices include delivery in Australia.
4. All goods purchased by you remain the property of Kokoda Track Memorabilia until you have paid for them. Once the goods are paid for in full, the title will pass to you.
5. Orders for products on our website are subject to availability at time of order.
6. Kokoda Track Memorabilia will make all reasonable efforts to ensure that information on the website is accurate and correct, but makes no representations as to the accuracy of the information. Kokoda Track Memorabilia assumes no liability for any errors or omissions contained on the website. Prices are subject to change without notice.
7. Ordered products will be sent within 21 working days of acceptance of return policy on all products. Kokoda Track Memorabilia operates according to strict quality control guidelines. We have a 14 day money back guarantee on all goods sold. Refunds do not include postage and handling and will be processed within thirty working days of receipt of the goods. The product must be returned in original condition and packaging, with all accessories and contents.

DELIVERY

To ensure the best service, Kokoda Track Memorabilia dispatch most goods both domestically and internationally, via Australia Post.

Parcels must be collected from the post office if you are not home to receive them. We also deliver to P.O. boxes.

Costs for international delivery will be ‘on application’.

Insurance, if required, is your responsibility. Please allow 21 working days for delivery within Australia, and 28 days internationally from date of dispatch. All taxes and duties payable on international deliveries are the responsibility of the purchaser. Sorry no COD's.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

How do I return an item(s)? To return an item(s), please include a copy of the packaging slip that you received with your parcel and indicate the reason for the return. Send the returned item(s) to our address that appears at the top of the packaging slip.

In order to receive replacement product/s, the original goods must be returned within 14 business days of order date - providing the product is returned to us in its original condition, undamaged and unopened. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery charges (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered).

Defective items must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date to be eligible for replacement. Depending on the fault, certain products may need to be returned to the manufacturer for inspection. Items will be replaced with the same item originally purchased. For items that cannot be replaced, a full refund will be offered.

How can I exchange an item(s)?
For an exchange of style please include original freight charge or credit card details to cover re-delivery and/or additional product costs. For international exchanges, delivery costs to deliver the exchanged item back to you will also usually be at original freight charge. Please do not re-use our postal bag – you will be responsible for all delivery and customs arrangements and costs in returning the goods to us. Refunds and exchanges are generally processed within 72 hours of receipt. Make sure your name, return address, phone number and instructions are clearly indicated.

What do I need to know about refunds?
All refunds are credited to the card used to make the original purchase, generally within 48 hours.
